 | Name: Nancy Schneider Job Title: Owner, Licensed Agent/Broker Biography: Nancy grew up in Greenwich, New York and was actively involved in cross country, track and the Future Farmers of America. In her spare time, she was a ski instructor at Willard Mountain and raised purebred Hereford Beef. She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Animal Science/ Agriculture Education and earned her Master's Degree from Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University. She has had a varied professional career including Advertising and Public Relations, Cooperative Extension, owning a homemade ice cream store and now selling insurance. She loves small business and helping people. When relaxing, Nancy enjoys cooking and sharing time with friends as well as being outside gardening, golfing and kayaking, or just taking up the sunshine with her husband and their Golden Retrievers, Tanner and Vinnie.  | Name: Sandra Lester Job Title: Licensed Broker Biography: Sandra grew up in South Florida, coming to Washington County 30 years ago. She is a recently licensed agent, and enjoys working with the Baker Agency, which she says gives her the opportunity to help people in an environment that values integrity and honesty. One of Sandra's interests, for which she has a great passion, is The Welcome Home Initiative, which she administers. The Welcome Home Initiative is a faith based retreat focused on helping combat veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), many of whom have suffered for 40 years or more. Sandra says that it has been a privilege for her to serve these veterans who have sacrificed so much. Being a mother of a US Marine, mother in law of an Army Ranger and daughter and sister of Marines, the military holds a special place in her heart.  | Name: Kristina Anuszewski Job Title: Licensed Broker Biography: Tina was born in Postenkill where her father's side of the family still works the family dairy farm. Later growing up in Woonsocket, RI and Cohoes, NY, she graduated from Keveny Memorial Academy High School in 1985. Tina started her professional career as a paralegal, working for Blumberg Corporate Services and CSC Corporate Services in Albany. In 2000 she moved to Greenwich after getting married and went to work for the McClellan Insurance Agency in Salem, NY. Tina joined the Baker Agency in 2011 when the McClellan Agency was merged into Baker. She enjoys her extended family, crafting and scrap booking. Favorite Ice Cream: Chocolate Favorite Color: Red |
 | Name: Jeff Coonradt Job Title: Customer Service Representative Biography: Jeff has lived in the area his entire life. He graduated from Tamarac High School in 2000 and then went on to study Criminal Justice at Hudson Valley Community College. Prior to joining the Baker Agency in 2010, Jeff worked as a cashier for seven years at Toys 'R' Us. Jeff is a member of Olde Liberty Baptist Church in Malta, NY.  | Name: Stephanie Fitch Job Title: Customer Service Representative Biography: Stephanie grew up in Cohoes, New York and moved to Greenwich when she was eleven. She recently moved to Albany, but still frequents the area and maintains family and friend connections in Greenwich. Throughout her high school career, Stephanie ran Track and Field, and was a member of the Varsity Tennis Team. After graduating from Greenwich High School in 2008, she attended the Pratt Art Institute branch in upstate New York, where she studied Fine Arts. Stephanie strives to learn new things, and meet new people whenever possible. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, sketching and hiking with friends.
